This privacy notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform persons who visit bartinyapi.com and contact us about how their personal data is processed.

Which personal data do we process?
- Identity data: your first and last name.
- Contact data: your phone number and, when you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, your e-mail address or WhatsApp number.
- Request data: the service you are interested in, the plot location, dimensions and project details you share in your message, and any photos you send.
- Transaction security data: the date and page from which the form was submitted, and the IP address and browser information kept for security purposes on the server hosting the site.
No cookies are used on the site for advertising or visitor tracking. A single strictly necessary cookie (pll_language) remembers the language you chose, and a small entry is stored in your browser so that the promotional window is not shown to you again. Neither contains personal data. Session cookies are additionally set for site administrators who log in to the admin panel.
How do we collect personal data?
Your data is collected by fully or partly automated means through the quote form on the site, phone calls, WhatsApp and e-mail correspondence, and face-to-face meetings held during the on-site survey.
Purposes of processing and legal grounds
- Responding to your quote request, scheduling an on-site survey and preparing a quote: KVKK Art. 5/2-c, processing is directly related to the establishment of a contract.
- Keeping a record of your request and following up on our communications with you: KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest.
- Keeping contract, invoice and accounting records if a contract is concluded: KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, compliance with a legal obligation.
- Ensuring the security of the site and the server and preventing misuse: KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest.
Your personal data is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold to third parties.
Transfer of personal data
Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary for the purposes above: with the companies providing the site’s hosting and e-mail services; with manufacturers and suppliers, limited to project details, where necessary to prepare a quote; and with authorized public institutions and organizations upon request.
If the servers of the hosting or e-mail service provider are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed subject to the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). The office map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps; when you view that page, your IP address is transmitted to Google (Google LLC).
Retention period
Requests received through the quote form are automatically deleted from the system 365 days after the date they were submitted. If a contract is concluded, contract and invoice records are retained for the periods set out in the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law (up to 10 years). Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
- request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that the correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to any outcome against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.
How to apply

No: 15 A-B, Bartın”, or send them to info@bartinyapi.com from the e-mail address you have previously provided to us. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
